Unfortunately, it is not reachable by public transportation.
We highly recommend arriving by car.

Q.Can I use the facilities without watching the live performance?
A.You can pay the entrance fee for TAO HOUSE and enjoy the exhibits, cafe, lawn area, and more inside the building. (Entrance fee: Adults 500 yen, Children 300 yen)
If you only wish to enjoy the outdoor view, there is no charge (please note that you cannot use the restrooms or the tables and chairs on the terrace).
Q.Is there a designated smoking area?
A.The entire premises are non-smoking. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Q.Is there any space to play with a ball or other equipment？
A.Please refrain from bringing play equipment at all area including parking area.
About Live
Q.Is it possible to take pictures, record, or take video during the performance?
A.Please refrain from taking pictures, recording, or filming during the performance. However, you are welcome to take pictures before and after the performance, so feel free to capture memories of your visit.
Q.How long is the performance？
A.The performance is about 45 minutes.
Q.Are the seats unreserved?
A.Seating is unreserved, but the order of entry into the auditorium will be as follow
1)Sponsors of our foundation (different from DRUM TAO Official Fan Club)
2)Customers with reservations
3)Customers without reservations
Q.If it rains, will there be live performance?
A.In cafe of rain, the performance will be held indoors. (Indoor live performance will be limited to 50-100 people)
If the number of guests is 50 or more, two sessions will be held: (1)2:00pm start (2)3:30pm start.
Please note that if there are more than 100 guests, you may not view the parformance.
If it rain on the reservation date, you can change the date of reservations.

Q.How can I purchase tickets?
A.You can make reservations through our website. Reservations can be made in advance (credit card or bank transfer) or on the day of the event.
Reservations can also be made by phone.
Q.Can I watch the live performance without a reservation?
A.On fine days, you can watch the performance without a reservation. Please purchase a same-day ticket at the reception.
Q.What are the benefits of making a reservation?
A.By making a reservation in advance, the check-in process on the day will be smoother. As the seating is unreserved, those with reservations will be prioritized over same-day ticket holders.
Additionally, we recommend making a reservation as it allows us to contact you regarding rain-related changes, priority access for limited-capacity live performances, and any other updates or changes.
Q.Is it possible to change or refund the ticket？
A.Tickets that have been paid for are non-refundable, but we will change the date of your visit during the year.
Q.Are there any discounts for groups or showing a disability certificate？
A.There are no discounts for Groups and showing a disability certificate.
Q. Is there a cancellation fee? Is a refund possible?
A.There is no cancellation fee, but please be sure to either cancel online or contact us by phone.
Additionally, we are unable to process refunds for cancellations due to the customer's circumstances. We can assist with rescheduling your visit to another available date within the year, so please understand in advance.
Wheelchair users
Q.Is it possible to attend the live performance or take a tour of the facility with a wheelchair?
A.For the live performance, you can enjoy it from the lawn area at the top of the theater. As for the tour of TAO HOUSE, you can visit the first floor with a wheelchair
However, there are no elevators or escalators to access the second floor. We appreciate your understanding. There is a ramp from the parking lot to the entrance of TAO HOUSE, so please feel free to use it.
Q.Are there wheelchair accessible parking and restrooms？
A.here are 2 wheelchair-accessible parking spaces near the ramp. There is a wheelchair-accessible restroom indoors at 1st floor.
Q.Do you offer wheelchair rentals?
A.We apologize, but we do not offer wheelchair rentals. Thank you for your understanding.
Guests with children
Q.What is the minimum age for admission？
A.Children as young as 0 years old may enter. Children from 0～3 years old are admitted free of charge, and children from 4～12 years old are admitted at the child price (2,500 yen) Please take care of your children’s physical condition as they are located at an altitude of 1,036 meters and the temperature varies greatly depending on the weather condition.
Q. Is there a nursing room？
A.We are sorry, there is no space in TAO HOUSE. If you need to breastfeed, please do at your car
Q.Is there a diaper changing space？
A.There is a changing table in the multipurpose restroom on the 1st floor of TAO HOUSE.
