Q.Can I use the facilities without watching the live performance?
A.This facility is open only to LIVE theatergoers. However, as a result of discussions with management, we have decided to refuse admission to those who will not be attending the LIVE performance. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

A.The entire premises are non-smoking. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Q.Is there any space to play with a ball or other equipment？

Q.Is it possible to take pictures, record, or take video during the performance?
A.Photos and videos can be taken during the performance. Please take cool photos and videos and spread the charm of TAO on social networking sites. *But please refrain from using tripods or video cameras.
Q.How long is the performance？
A.The performance is about 45 minutes.
Q.Are the seats unreserved?
A.All seats are unreserved. *All seats may be reserved during special events such as Thanksgiving.
Q.If it rains, will there be live performance?
A.In case of rain or stormy weather, the event will be switched to indoor LIVE. As the number of seats for the indoor LIVE is limited, advance reservations are recommended for those who wish to see the play.
Summer (July-August): 1 performance (limited to 50 people) Spring and Fall (March-June and September-November): 2 performances (limited to 50 people each, 100 people total)
The maximum number of applications accepted on the reservation site is 【Summer: 50 people / Spring and Fall: 100 people】. If seats are available on the day of the event, they will be filled in the order in which applications are received on the day of the event. The final decision on the site will be made according to the local weather on the day of the event. The latest information will be announced on the official TAO Hill website and SNS at 12:00. *The same applies to holders of invitations and pre-purchase tickets.

A.All seats are unreserved and can be purchased at the TAO no Oka reception desk on the day of the event. *All seats may be reserved during special events such as Thanksgiving Day. Credit card and smartphone payments are accepted. Advance purchase from various reservation sites (TAO no Oka HP, Jalan, TripAdvisor, etc.) is also available.
Q.Can I watch the live performance without a reservation?
A.On fine days, you can watch the performance without a reservation. Please purchase a same-day ticket at the reception.

A.In case of rain or stormy weather, the event will be switched to an indoor LIVE with a limited number of people. In such cases, due to the limited number of seats, customers with reservations will be given priority.

Wheelchair users
Q.Is it possible to attend the live performance or take a tour of the facility with a wheelchair?
A.For the live performance, you can enjoy it from the lawn area at the top of the theater. As for the tour of TAO HOUSE, you can visit the first floor with a wheelchair
However, there are no elevators or escalators to access the second floor. We appreciate your understanding. There is a ramp from the parking lot to the entrance of TAO HOUSE, so please feel free to use it.

Q.What is the minimum age for admission？
A.Children as young as 0 years old may enter. Children from 0～3 years old are admitted free of charge, and children from 4～12 years old are admitted at the child price (2,500 yen) Please take care of your children’s physical condition as they are located at an altitude of 1,036 meters and the temperature varies greatly depending on the weather condition.
Q. Is there a nursing room？
A.We are sorry, there is no space in TAO HOUSE. If you need to breastfeed, please do at your car
